This is a quick update regarding tonight’s Annual Meeting. Rockwall ISD has notified us that Door #18 will not unlock until 6:30 PM, so the meeting will begin shortly after that time.

The meeting will be held at:

636 Stevenson Dr., Rockwall, TX 75087

For your convenience, please find the electronic meeting packet attached. Homeowners attending in person may use it to follow along, and those who are unable to attend may review all materials at their convenience.

In accordance with the Bylaws for Monterra of Fate Owners Association, Inc. you are hereby given notice that the 2025 Annual Meeting is scheduled for December 1, 2025, at 6:30 pm at Billie Stevenson Elementary School located at 636 Stevenson Dr. Rockwall, TX 75087. The primary purpose of the Annual Meeting is to review 2024 and 2025 business and discuss future plans for the HOA. In the event you are unable to attend the meeting, please complete the enclosed proxy form and return it by email to December 1st by noon. If quorum is not reached, we must reschedule, which is costly to the Homeowners Association.
