Community Newsletter

Published: April 03, 2025

As we welcome spring, we want to share some important reminders and updates to help keep our neighborhood looking its best and ensure everyone stays informed about upcoming events and community guidelines.

Street Parking

We would like to take a moment to remind everyone about the street parking guidelines outlined in the community’s Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs). According to our governing documents, street parking is prohibited to ensure safety, maintain clear roadways, and preserve the aesthetic appeal of our neighborhood.

We understand that street parking is occurring, and we encourage all homeowners to utilize driveways and garages for vehicle storage whenever possible. If you have guests, please remind them to park in designated areas that do not obstruct traffic or violate community rules.

Spring Yard Maintenance

With warmer weather approaching, now is the time to focus on yard maintenance. Please ensure your lawns are properly maintained, including trimming grass, removing weeds from flower beds, and keeping landscaping tidy. A well-kept yard enhances curb appeal and benefits the entire community!

Trash Can Storage

We have noticed an increase in trash cans being stored in driveways. As a reminder, all trash cans must be stored out of public view except on designated collection days. Please store them in your garage or behind a fenced area to maintain the neighborhood’s appearance. You may construct screening for these on your property, but you must submit your plans to the modifications committee for review and approval.

Modifications Committee – Approval Required

Before making any exterior changes to your property—including landscaping, fencing, painting, or structural modifications—homeowners must submit a request to the Modifications Committee for approval. This process helps ensure all updates align with community guidelines. If you have any questions about submitting a request, please reach out to brittany.s@legacysouthwestpm.com

Pool Opening Date

We are excited to announce that the community pool will officially open on May 17th! Please stay tuned for additional details, including pool hours and any updated access procedures. We look forward to a great summer season!

Upcoming Social Events

We are currently finalizing details for upcoming social events, including a possible Easter event. Be on the lookout for event announcements, and if you're interested in volunteering, please contact your HOA manager for more details.

Newsletter Committee

We would like to establish a regular community newsletter program but need volunteers for this committee. If you're interested in volunteering, please contact your HOA manager.

Thank you for helping us maintain a beautiful and welcoming community. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to ivori.m@legacysouthwestpm.com
