Important Pool Season Reminders

As we get settled into pool season, we want to take a moment to remind all residents of the importance of following the posted pool rules and guidelines. The HOA Board is aware of a growing number of rule violations, and as a result, the condition of the pool and surrounding common areas is beginning to deteriorate.

Please remember that our pool is a shared amenity and its cleanliness, safety, and usability depend on the respectful use and cooperation of all homeowners. Misuse and neglect not only diminish the enjoyment for others but may also lead to costly maintenance and repairs—expenses that affect the entire community.

We also want to remind everyone of the following:

• Please clean up after yourself and your guests—this includes disposing of trash properly and wiping down tables after use.
• All pool furniture must be returned to its original location after use to maintain a clean and organized space for the next resident.

To help promote responsible use of the pool and reduce the need for outside enforcement, we are also seeking volunteers for a Pool Committee. This committee would:

• Promote awareness of pool rules
• Recommend improvements or needed amenities
• Serve as a liaison between residents and the Board regarding pool-related concerns

If you are interested in serving your community by joining the Pool Committee, please complete the attached sign up sheet and return by 6/23.
