Board Communication - Pool Update

The board of directors has been made aware of an issue occurring on the bottom side of the bridge over the lazy river at the community pool. The concrete needs repair and the pool builder has confirmed that they will cover the work under the new construction warranty period. Additionally, the pool builder assures us that the issue is aesthetic and does not compromise the structural integrity of the bridge itself.

The full repair will require the pool to be closed for 2 weeks for the concrete to property set and cure. The board agrees it is not desirable to close the pool for 2 weeks during the summer, so a temporary barrier to this area is planned for installation in the next 7-10 days. Please do not attempt to pick at the concrete in this location and stay clear of the area. The board appreciates you leaving the location undisturbed so we can continue normal operations on the pool during this season.
