Board Update - Pickleball Court

We want to provide an update regarding the temporary closure of the community sports courts. As many of you are aware, the courts have been closed to allow the Board to review proposals for solutions and determine the best action plan for improvements to protect our investment from continued misuse and further damage.

We are currently in the process of scheduling contractors and finalizing the scope of modifications needed to ensure the courts are properly protected. A new fob reader will be installed at the access gate and the existing keypad entry on the door will be removed. This process has required additional electrical work and scheduling between multiple contractors. Our goal is to complete all required work efficiently and to reopen the courts as soon as the work is completed. We hope this will take no more than two weeks, pending weather.
