New Pool Reservation System

We’re excited to announce that Monterra of Fate now has a pool reservation system in place for those wishing to reserve time at the pool for small gatherings.

Please carefully review the important details below:

• Reservation Form: To reserve time at the pool, you must complete the reservation form available on the HOA website.
• Time Limit: Each reservation is limited to a maximum of 3 hours.
• Guest Limit: A maximum of 12 guests is allowed per reservation.
• Open Pool: Please note, the pool will remain open to all residents during your reservation—the facility is not exclusive during this time.
• Deposit: A $100 refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation. This deposit is intended to cover any damages or failure to properly clean up. The deposit will be refunded after a post-event inspection, provided the area is left in good condition.
• Resident Status: Only residents in good standing may submit a reservation and access the pool.
